Provide support to students who have difficulty using online learning materials while using the Plateau learning management system. Used Macromedia Flash 2004, Captivate, Dreamweaver 2004, Contribute and Adobe Photoshop Cs to create and update online learning content as provided by subject matter experts. Provided support to students who had difficulty using online learning materials, while tracking support requests in Remedy.
May 2004 – May 2005, TAC Worldwide, Coppell, TX. Verizon Superpages.com Web Designer. Used Adobe Photoshop Cs, ImageReady, Illustrator, and MS FrontPage 2000 to create and update web pages for clients on proprietary web server software. These duties included repeated phone contacts with customers, and using proprietary software to record notes from calls.

- Troubleshoot code written by customers using FrontPage. The code could be in any of the following languages and/or platforms: Active Server Pages, VBScript, Javascript, HTML, and DHTML.
- Diagnose difficulties with customer web sites due to web server and FrontPage server extension environment problems. And, to help them correct the environment when the server is running on a Windows platform.
- Assist customers with the graphical design of their websites using Image Composer.
